CS Juhi Sawajani

CS Juhi Sawajani is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Senior Employee of Jinang Shah & Associates. She has been associated with the firm since last six (6) years.

She has completed her Graduation in Commerce from Gujarat University in the year 2017 and Master of Commerce with Specialization in Finance from Gujarat University in the year 2019.

Ms. Juhi Sawajani has worked as a Company Secretary in many Corporates and have experience of 3 years. She has expertise in Corporate Laws, Intellectual Property Rights i.e Trademarks, Secretarial Work, Listing Compliance and Other Regulatory Compliance. She is Proficient in drafting legal documents including Legal Petitions, Agreements, Board Resolutions and other Compliance Reports. She is also Independent Director in the Companies SUNREST LIFESCIENCE LIMITED, BIZOTIC COMMERCIAL LIMITED etc

Being the Senior Employee of the firm she has Strong Leadership, Communication with a commitment to upholding ethical standards and fostering transparency in Firm.

She has been actively participating in social activities and connected with various NGOS for the betterment of society.

Ms. Janki Patel

Ms. Janki Patel is a CS Professional Student and management Trainee at Jinang Shah & Associates. She has completed her Bachelor of Business Administration from kadi university from Gandhinagar in the year 2022. Her role in the Jinang Shah & Associates is to guide the clients to the annual compliances and bridge the communication between the senior Management and Regulatory Compliances. Her goal is to provide expert advice to the board and senior management on governance issues, corporate strategy and regulatory changes.

Ms. Moxi Shah

Ms. Moxi Shah is a CS professional Student and a Management Trainee at Jinang Shah & Associates. She has completed her CS Executive Examination in the year 2022. She has completed her Masters in Commerce in the year 2023. Her role in JSA is to look after Trademark Services and Compliance Services. Her focus is to serve the corporate in a manner where there will be zero tolerance to Non-compliance.

CS Aastha Jain

Ms. Aastha Jain is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Employee of Jinang Shah & Associates.

She has completed her Graduation in Commerce from Sarojini Naidu Govt. Girl’s P.G. (Autonomous) College, Bhopal, in 2020 and Bachelor of Legislative Laws (LLB) from State Law College, Bhopal in 2023. She earned an impressive All India Rank (AIR) 21 in the CS Foundation exam, showcasing her exceptional abilities in corporate governance and regulatory practices. She is an ambitious and accomplished professional with a diverse academic background and a passion for legal and business governance.

Ms. Aastha, as a qualified Company Secretary, has a strong understanding of corporate law, compliance, and business management. Her education and professional qualifications allow her to handle legal matters efficiently and support businesses in following ethical practices and staying compliant with regulations.

Mr. Krish Doshi

Mr. Krish Doshi is an Associate at Jinang Shah & Associates who is handling the Portfolio Management Services of the Esteemed Clients and professional who facilitates the buying and selling of securities on behalf of clients. These securities typically include stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and other financial instruments traded in stock exchanges or over-the-counter markets.

Mr. Nishant Darji

Mr. Nishant Darji is a highly skilled and dedicated professional in the field of accounting and GST. He is a Commerce Graduate and an Accountant at Jinang Shah & Associates. Mr. Darji has completed his Bachelors in the year 2025 from Gujarat University. Mr. Darji manages the entire accounting and GST department at Jinang Shah & Associates. This includes ensuring accurate record-keeping, tax compliance, financial reporting, and providing valuable insights to clients for strategic decision-making. Mr. Darji also handles the issuance of Digital Signatures for clients on behalf of Jinang Shah & Associates, ensuring a smooth and secure process for their online transactions and document filings.
